What you'll do
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities.
Act as the primary point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Communicate professionally with investors, partners, and senior leadership on behalf of the CEO when required.
Prepare investor updates, reports, presentations, and business summaries.
Organize and coordinate investor meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
Draft emails, correspondence, and executive communications with high accuracy and professionalism.
Track key action items and ensure timely execution across teams.
Handle confidential and strategic information with utmost discretion.
Support CEO in business planning, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
What you'll need
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
High level of confidence, professionalism, and emotional maturity.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to represent leadership in external communications.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar senior support role.
Prior exposure to investor relations, senior leadership support, or client-facing roles is a strong plus.
Demonstrated career stability and transparent achievements in previous roles.
