Job Responsibilities
Develop and improve Ready-to-Eat food products.
Conduct product formulation, recipe standardization, and product trials.
Ensure food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Perform shelf-life studies and stability testing.
Prepare product specifications and documentation.
Work closely with the production and quality teams to scale recipes from lab to commercial production.
Optimize recipes for taste, texture, nutrition, and cost.
Troubleshoot product and manufacturing issues.
Support new product development (NPD) projects.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP,



and food safety standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing or product development.
Robust knowledge of food ingredients, processing techniques, and quality systems.
Experience in Ready-to-Eat, Ready-to-Cook, frozen, or processed food products is preferred.
Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We Offer
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
