Role Description The Digital Marketer role at Tron Academy is a full time, in office position based in Chavakkad.

The Digital

Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to promote the academy’s programs and strengthen brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, running paid campaigns, and monitoring performance across platforms. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, analyzing web traffic and campaign data, and preparing performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Marketer will collaborate with the academic and admissions teams to align marketing activities with enrollment goals and ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.

Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including content planning, community management, and paid social campaign management.

Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on insights.

Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including funnel creation, nurturing strategies, and conversion optimization.

Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
