We Are Hiring: HR Executive - Employee Relations and Engagement (Gurgaon)

AirIQ is seeking a energetic and results-oriented qualified to join our Human Resources team as an Executive - Employee Engagement. If you have a passion for creating an inclusive workplace culture, fostering employee well-being, and driving retention, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive Employee Engagement calendar aligned with organizational goals and values.

Event Execution: Organize and coordinate corporate events, including Town Halls, Talent Hunts, Sports Leagues, and wellness initiatives.

Retention & Analytics: Conduct regular satisfaction surveys, analyze data to identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to improve employee retention.

Recognition Programs: Manage internal Rewards & Recognition (R&R;)



programs to celebrate team milestones and achievements.

Internal Communication: Partner with internal teams to ensure transparent and consistent communication regarding all culture and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Proven experience in HR with a specific focus on employee engagement and retention strategies.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and current workplace trends.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and database management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills.

Location & Availability: Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Gurgaon and comfortable working a 6-day work week schedule.
