Location: Mumbai/Pune (Travel Required)

Experience: 5–8 Years (Preferred) About the Role Paradigm Project Management Consultancy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive with experience in the construction, real estate, architecture, engineering, or project consultancy sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, generating business opportunities, and building long-term relationships for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services.

Key Responsibilities Identify and approach builders, developers, industrial clients, corporates, architects, and project owners with upcoming construction and redevelopment projects.

Generate qualified business leads and schedule meetings for the management team.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across target organizations.

Conduct regular market visits to identify recent business opportunities.

Track upcoming residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and redevelopment projects.

Represent Paradigm at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums,



and business meetings.

Maintain a database of prospects, client interactions, and follow-up activities.

Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Desired Candidate

Profile 5–8 years of field marketing/business development experience in construction, real estate, engineering consultancy, architecture, or PMC.

Strong network within the construction and infrastructure industry will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.

Education Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or any related discipline.

MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
