Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Forcepoint Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage Forcepoint security solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP, Web Security, and Email Security, ensuring data protection and secure access across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and manage Forcepoint DLP policies
Manage Forcepoint Web Security (SWG/NGFW) and Email Security solutions
Monitor security alerts, incidents, and policy violations
Troubleshoot Forcepoint-related issues and provide L2/L3 support
Perform policy tuning to reduce false positives
Work with stakeholders to understand data protection requirements
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
Create and maintain security documentation, SOPs, and reports




Coordinate with Forcepoint OEM / partners for escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP (Endpoint, Network, Email)
Solid knowledge of Forcepoint Web Security / NGFW
Understanding of Data Classification and Data Loss Prevention concepts
Experience in incident handling and security monitoring
Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Proxy, Firewall)
Exposure to SIEM tools is a plus Preferred Skills:
Forcepoint certification(s) preferred
Experience in enterprise security environments
Positive communication and documentation skills
