Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Distribution Location: Andheri, Mumbai Industry: Pharmaceutical We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive / Sr. Executive – Distribution to manage distribution operations, MIS reporting, inventory analysis, and physician sample coordination. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure productive supply chain operations and timely business reporting.

Key Responsibilities - Prepare and publish All India MIS reports on Sales, Returns, Outstanding, Collections, and Business Performance.
Analyze inventory to identify near-expiry, excess, slow-moving, and non-moving stock, and coordinate corrective actions.
Plan, allocate, dispatch, and monitor Physician Samples and Promotional Materials as per approved marketing cycles.
Track inventory levels of samples and promotional materials to ensure timely replenishment and availability.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Central Warehouse (CWH), Stores, and Carrying & Forwarding (C&F;) agents for seamless distribution operations.
Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure timely product availability across distribution channels.




Collaborate with the IT team to implement ERP enhancements, automate reports, and improve business processes.
Generate periodic dashboards and analytical reports to support management decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, maintain documentation, and comply with company policies and SOPs.
Identify prospects to improve operational efficiency and inventory management.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–6 years of experience in Distribution, MIS, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, or Inventory Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards); ERP experience (SAP or equivalent) is preferred.
Solid analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
