Roles & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official documentation with discretion.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and other business documents as required.
Maintain records, files, and important documents in an organized manner.
Monitor deadlines, track pending tasks, and proactively remind management of key deliverables.
Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, events, and client visits.
Support HR and administration with coordination activities whenever required.
Perform research, gather information, and prepare summaries to assist management in decision-making.
Handle miscellaneous assignments and special projects as delegated by management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,



Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Solid organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
