About the Role

Callidient Global Pvt Ltd is looking for a Field Marketing Sales Executive to drive on-ground sales in Mumbai, with a focus on the medical fraternity. You'll be the face in front of prospects — running daily meetings, working closely with pre-sales and leadership to build proposals, and closing deals. Prior experience selling to doctors/clinics/hospitals and familiarity with digital marketing services is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities




Conduct daily in-person meetings with prospects to generate and convert leads
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, with a focus on the medical fraternity where relevant
Coordinate with the pre-sales/leadership team to prepare tailored proposals
Present proposals to prospects and drive deals to closure
Maintain consistent field activity and report on pipeline and conversion progress
Represent Callidient Global Pvt Ltd's digital marketing services knowledgeably in client conversations

Requirements
2–3 years of field marketing/field sales experience
Preferred: experience selling to the medical fraternity (doctors, clinics, hospitals)
Working knowledge of digital marketing services
Street-smart, enthusiastic, and target-driven with a robust track record of converting leads to sales
Comfortable with daily field meetings and a fast-paced, on-ground sales cycle
MBA in Sales & Marketing (or equivalent degree)
Prior field sales experience is required
