Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience and be capable of independently managing the organization's entire finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete finance and accounts function of the organization.
Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
Handle audits, including statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Finalize books of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor financial controls, accounting processes, and compliance.
Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support business decisions.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar finance leadership role.
Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliance, and financial reporting.
Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Advanced MS Excel.
Robust analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience in leading finance teams and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
