Expert Systems Engineer, Pune

Responsibilities
Provide production support for the Linux/Unix infrastructure.
24X7 Operational support Linux/Unix setting.
Linux administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Linux user management and file permissions.
Responsible to create file systems, disk partitioning and troubleshooting.
Server Deployment, commissioning and decommissioning.
Liaise with vendors to analyze crash dumps, or infrastructure problems.
Ensuring the quality, and stability of the Unix/Linux environment and supporting business managers in planning project.
Address incidents picked up by the monitoring systems alerting on Unix & Linux infrastructure within a timely manner.

Experience:
Requires 7+ years of Linux experience.
IN depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat, CentOS,



Oracle Linux, etc.
Hardening and patching for Unix/Linux servers
Valuable to have - VMWare, SAN, Clinicals application knowledge, Allscripts application knowledge, LogicMonitor.
Ability to work and deliver in complex environment.

Qualifications
Academic and skilled qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE and Azure)
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
