To ensure optimum availability of equipment
Maintenance planning of Preventive, Predictive & Schedule Maintenance.
Must have handle and hands on experience in plant automation system, Siemens DCS- PCS7, S7-400,300, simatic manager, TIA portal, SCADA- Wincc .
Ensure the compliance of checks as per check list on regular basis for all the equipments.
Equipment spares Planning and Follow up with Purchase department.
Preparation of Zero budgets as against the Business plan & past consumption and future targets.
Identification and Implementation of Improvement jobs to improve Productivity, maintenance improvements & cost saving.
Analyzing the root cause of equipment breakdown & Elimination of root causes.




Effective utilization of manpower by coordination with other SH.
Coordination with inter department to carry out day to day activities.
To attend task force meeting and safety meetings.
Coordination with Project department to carry out Capex jobs.
Coordination with condition monitoring departs. & arranging for checking the equipment health on day basis.
To update equipment maintenance history on regular basis.
Evaluation of life cycle of equipment spares.

Education

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Electrical
