Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, local references, consultancies, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns at assigned locations.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a database of candidates and update recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the hiring targets.
Build relationships with local colleges, training institutes, and placement agencies.
Explain job roles, salary structure, and company policies to candidates.
Coordinate documentation, offer rollout, and onboarding activities.
Travel to different locations for recruitment as per business requirements.




Submit daily and weekly recruitment activity reports.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and interviewing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
Solid negotiation and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline ( HR preferred).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
