An Export-Import Manager oversees global shipping operations, legal compliance, and vendor contracts.

Key duties include managing international logistics, ensuring customs regulations are met and handling trade documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day import and export supply chain operations.
Ensure strict compliance with customs laws, tariffs, and trade regulations.
Negotiate shipping and freight rates with carriers and brokers.
Handle international trade documents, licenses, and letters of credit.
Resolve shipment delays and customs clearance blocks.
Import Management: Manage the complete import process from purchase order placement to final delivery, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
International Procurement: Source materials, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with overseas vendors, and maintain supplier relationships.
Customs Clearance: Coordinate with CHAs and freight forwarders; manage documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.)



and ensure timely payment of duties and taxes.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records; ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and GST regulations.
Logistics & Shipment Coordination: Optimize freight costs and track shipments via shipping lines and transporters.
Cost Management: Analyze import costs (freight, duty, insurance) and prepare MIS reports.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external logistics partners to resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Proven work experience in international trade or logistics.
Deep knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs documentation.
Robust negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
