Job Title - Field Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire candidates for blue-collar, entry-level, and field-based roles. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with local communities, educational institutions, job centers, and referral networks to meet hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through field activities, job fairs, walk-in drives, local events, and community outreach.
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, vocational institutes, NGOs, and employment exchanges.
Manage candidate documentation and ensure timely onboarding.
Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring progress.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
Travel to assigned locations for recruitment drives and candidate engagement.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring standards.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
Experience in field hiring or bulk recruitment is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with solid communication skills may also apply.
