Atleast one agentic AI framework - Langgraph (most used), Autogen/Semantic Kernel/Microsoft Agent Framework (in case of .net stack) o Prompt Engineering - CoT/ReAct o Agent Orchestration o Agent Memory - long and short term memory (conversational agents) o Tools / MCP o Workflows • Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) o vector dbs - FAISS or pgVector (PostgresSQL) o Azure Document Intelligence , Azure Search (generally used in Optum) - indexing o Azure Open AI /sentence transformers.
Basic python programming or .NET - ability to use vscode o FastAPI - for hosting agent o Open Telemetry for tracing , logging and collecting metrics • Basic vibe coding using Github Copilot
