Mandatory Requirements
Experience in GCC Global Banking is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with IBM TM1 is mandatory.
5 to 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Robust experience in Financial Planning &
Analysis (FP&A;)

Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
Expertise in Requirement Gathering, BRD, and FRD preparation.
Experience working closely with Finance users and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for FP&A; initiatives.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and other functional documentation.
Work with Finance and Technology teams to deliver business solutions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Perform business process mapping and gap analysis.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Support system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
