Financial Planning &
Analysis
Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial projections.
Monitor revenue, gross profit, and EBIT performance by trade lane, customer, and product.
Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast.
Commercial Finance
Partner with the Air &
Ocean sales teams on pricing, profitability, and commercial decisions.
Evaluate customer-wise and shipment-wise profitability.
Support pricing approvals and margin improvement initiatives.
Review freight rates, surcharges, and customer contracts from a financial perspective.
