Responsible for obtaining all necessary statutory clearances including Environmental Clearance (EC),
Consent for Establishment (CFE), Consent for Operation (CFO), Hazardous Waste Authorization, Biomedical Waste Authorization, CPCB-PWP-EPR registration, and permissions for groundwater and surface water usage.
Ensure timely submission of compliance reports for EC, CFE, CFO, HW, BMW, and KGWA conditions, both online and offline, as required by regulatory boards.
Implement environmental mitigation and pollution control measures in coordination with relevant departments.
Oversee air, water, soil, and noise monitoring through third-party agencies and online systems.
Monitor emissions data (PM, SOx, NOx)



and coordinate with E&l; departments to ensure timely and accurate data uploads to CPCB and KSPCB,
Coordinate with departments for sustainability data reporting, including water usage and emissions.
Ensure effective implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) including QMS, EMS, and OHSMS within the department.
Liaise with statutory authorities and other relevant agencies to ensure compliance and maintain valuable relationships.
Organize training sessions and awareness programs on environmental issues for plant personnel.
