This program is designed to develop technical expertise, qualified skills, and leadership capabilities through structured training and hands-on project experience. Key Responsibilities

Assist engineering teams in the design, analysis, and execution of engineering projects.

Prepare technical calculations, drawings, reports, and project documentation under the guidance of senior engineers

Learn and apply relevant engineering standards, codes, and industry best practices

Support project planning, coordination, and progress tracking activities.

Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and problem-solving sessions.





Perform engineering calculations and data analysis using appropriate software tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Continuously develop technical knowledge through training, mentoring, and on-the-job learning.

Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks. Requirements
