Responsibilities
Translate legacy code from Delphi and ASP Classic into modern .NET MVC applications using AI-assisted development tools.
Utilize AI coding platforms in both Plan Mode and Agent Mode to support software design, implementation, testing, and code review activities.
Create, edit, maintain, and continuously improve: Prompts, Development skills/workflows
Custom AI agents for code implementation, validation, testing, and review
Drive continuous improvements to AI-assisted development processes and internal engineering frameworks.
Review and validate large volumes of AI-generated code while ensuring quality, maintainability, and compliance with engineering standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate technical solutions when required.
Identify prospects to increase development efficiency through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Contribute to modernization strategy, best practices, and long-term platform evolution.

Requirements
5+ years of skilled experience in .NET development.
Strong expertise with: .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework,



Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, Design patterns
Hands-on experience working with AI coding tools and AI-assisted software development platforms.
Experience using AI development environments in both: Plan Mode, Agent Mode
Proven experience creating, editing, optimizing, and maintaining: Prompts, AI skills/workflows, Custom AI agents used for code generation, implementation, validation, testing, and review
Ability to effectively review and validate significant volumes of AI-generated code.
Experience improving AI-driven development processes, engineering workflows, or internal tooling.
Solid analytical skills and ability to work within large, complex codebases.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
English communication skills sufficient for collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Availability to work within US time zones and willingness to undergo a background check.
