Are you passionate about creating high-quality business documentation and managing proposals that drive business success?

We are looking for a Documentation Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end documentation for business opportunities, including purchase orders (POs), invoices, commercial documents, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders and proposal submissions.

As an Individual Contributor (IC), you will play a key role in supporting strategic business initiatives across enterprise technologies such as Oracle, SAP, TIBCO, Cloud, AI, and other IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage RFP, RFI, RFQ, EOI, and tender documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Delivery teams to compile proposal responses.
Create and maintain commercial documentation, including purchase orders (POs), invoices, quotations, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements, submission guidelines, and deadlines.




Maintain proposal repositories, templates, and document version control.
Review documents for quality, accuracy, and completeness before submission.
Track tender opportunities and support the complete proposal lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in RFP, tender, proposal, or business documentation.
Strong understanding of tender documentation and procurement processes.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF editing tools.
Robust attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
Experience supporting enterprise IT proposals is highly preferred.
