Role Description The GenAI Solution Architect will design and implement AI-driven solutions to support and enhance Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Abroad and involves working closely with consulting teams to understand business processes, identify opportunities for generative AI, and translate requirements into robust technical architectures. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating solution designs, guiding software development and integration activities, evaluating AI tools and platforms, and ensuring that implementations are secure, scalable, and compliant with relevant regulations.

The role also includes collaborating with stakeholders, documenting architectures and workflows, and providing technical leadership and best practices for GenAI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust skills in Solution Architecture, with experience designing scalable, secure, and reliable GenAI solutions.

Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills, including stakeholder engagement,



requirements gathering, and process optimization.

Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills, with hands-on experience implementing AI/ML or GenAI applications and connecting them with existing systems.

Candidates should have a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, GenAI frameworks (e.g., large language models, prompt engineering), and cloud platforms supporting AI workloads.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience working in professional services, consulting, or regulated domains such as immigration or legal services is an advantage.

Solid analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in office in Hyderabad and manage multiple projects with attention to quality, timelines, and ethical use of AI.
