The Role

We are looking for high-calibre consulting professionals with 10–15 years of experience who bring a blend of strategy consulting, analytics, and deep BFSI domain expertise. The role will involve partnering with senior client stakeholders globally to lead strategic engagements, drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives, and deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead consulting engagements for global Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients.
Advise CXOs and business leaders on strategy, transformation, and AI-driven business initiatives.
Build and manage long-term client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.




Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact transformation and analytics programs.
Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI and data-driven solutions.
Support business development through proposal creation, solution design, and executive presentations.

Ideal Candidate
10–15 years of experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, or analytics consulting.
Experience with a top-tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain is strongly preferred.
Deep expertise across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).
Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation or analytics initiatives within financial institutions.
Robust client management, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and team leadership capabilities.
