Role & responsibilities
To be responsible for operation and maintenance of all utilities( including electric, water systems, refrigeration and communication systems, firm alarm systems etc).
To be responsible for the maintenance of AC plant, UPS, Generator system, motor etc.
To ensure that all the electronics and bio medical equipment's are maintained properly.
4.Regular inspection, preventive maintenance and repair of R.O Plant.
To ensure secure and clean setting is achieved in the clinic through implementation of the maintenance program.
To supervise that all the staff of the maintenance department including A.C plant operators, plumber, electrical technicians, boiler operators, and carpenter perform their job systematically.
To be responsible for making of duty chart register and overtime santioning.
Adheres to and promote the established values of the organization, i.e. safety, compliance standards and all others.
To ensure job training to freshers, existing employees and appraising the performance of the employees.
To discuss issue with Electrical Consultant whenever appointed by the management and to provide him all details and support as when desired.
To perform all activities of the Assit.
Maintenance
Engineer in his absence.
To be responsible for various purchasing activities of the department under the guidance of C.E.O/GM (Admin)/G.M (Op).
13.Performs additional responsibilities, as requested by the Management at any time.
