Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Freshers with relevant battery design knowledge may also apply.
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop lithium-ion battery packs for EV and energy storage applications.
Prepare battery pack layouts, module designs, and assembly drawings.
Select battery cells and calculate series/parallel configurations.
Assist in Battery Management System (BMS) integration.
Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams during battery assembly.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of battery packs.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support prototype development and continuous product improvement.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology.
Understanding of battery pack design and assembly.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
Basic understanding of electrical circuits and BMS.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team workplace.
