Role Description The Freelance role at Customer Success Nordics is a part-time, remote position supporting the planning and delivery of recurring face-to-face events. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating event logistics, communicating with attendees and partners, managing community channels, and assisting with promotion and outreach for upcoming events. The role involves preparing event materials, gathering feedback from participants, and supporting the continuous improvement of the event experience.
Freelancers will collaborate closely with the organizing team, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and aligns with the community’s focus on real, in-person connections.
Qualifications
Experience with event coordination or community management, including scheduling, logistics, and onsite or remote support.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to engage with attendees, partners, and speakers in a qualified and welcoming manner.
Basic marketing or social media skills to support event promotion, audience outreach, and community engagement.
Comfort working independently in a remote setup, with reliable internet access and the ability to manage part time freelance responsibilities.
Prior experience in customer success, community building, or related fields in the Nordics is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional Nordic languages are beneficial.
Demonstrated interest in peer-to-peer learning, networking, and building long-term professional relationships.
