Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap to support business strategy and digital transformation goals.

Foster an architecture-driven culture across IT and business teams.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on digital technology trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with business units (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) to understand the enterprise requirements

Work closely with project managers, product owners, solution architects, and vendors to drive project delivery.

Define, implement, and enforce architectural principles, standards, and guidelines.

Lead architecture review boards and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Establish frameworks for data security, privacy, scalability, and interoperability.

Evaluate and recommend best-fit technologies (cloud platforms, analytics, automation tools) suited for FMCG business needs.

Critical success factors for the Role -

B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT or MBA

12–15 years of experience in product engineering/application development/enterprise architecture, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing sectors.

Robust understanding of Value chain including Sales & Supply chain

Proven track record in architecting large-scale digital transformation programs.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), integration frameworks (APIs/Middleware), data analytics, cybersecurity.
