The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with merchants. ### Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new merchants for PhonePe payment solutions.

Visit market areas and generate leads through field activities.

Explain PhonePe products and services to prospective merchants.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain robust relationships with existing merchants.

Ensure proper installation and activation of PhonePe services.

Provide basic training and support to merchants regarding product usage.

Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to the reporting manager.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. ### Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
