Fabrication Process Management a) Monitor and track all fabrication jobs to ensure adherence to defined timelines.

b) Ensure jobs are released based on the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system.

c) Prioritize jobs only upon formal intimation from the Directors.

d) Obtain complete clarity and technical understanding of each job prior to execution.
Team & Process Coordination

Oversee responsibilities across the entire Fabrication Team, including:

a) Mechanical Design b) Programming for Punching c) Punching d) Bending e) Welding f) Powder Coating g) Assembly h) Dispatch to Production

Assign roles and responsibilities to team members as per project needs and timelines.
Planning & Execution a)



Prepare and manage fabrication schedules aligned with project deadlines.

b) Highlight key implementations, bottlenecks, and challenges during weekly review meetings.

c) Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.
Authority & Approvals a) Act as the approving authority for Overtime (OT) details.

b) decision-making authority for assigning tasks and responsibilities within the fabrication unit.
