About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated ERP Engineer to take ownership of our Corporate Munim ERP system. In this role, you will be the internal champion for our business automation, ensuring the software aligns perfectly with our manufacturing processes. You will serve as the bridge between our operations and the software vendor (Nutec Infotech), handling day-to-day troubleshooting, user training, and system optimization. Key Responsibilities:
System Administration: Manage user roles, permissions, and security protocols within Corporate Munim.
Module Management: Configure and oversee core workflows across Production Planning, Inventory Management, Quality Control, Sales & Distribution, and Financial Accounting.
Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with Nutec Infotech Pvt. Ltd. to escalate technical issues, manage yearly upgrades, and oversee the implementation of recent features.
User Support & Training: Provide daily technical support to internal teams. Train staff on best practices for data entry and utilizing the Corporate Munim Android app.
Data & Reporting:
Ensure data integrity across the system and utilize the Business Intelligence & Reporting modules to generate actionable insights for management.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate our internal manufacturing and supply chain processes to find ways to configure the ERP for greater efficiency. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Proven experience as an ERP Administrator, Implementation Consultant, or IT Systems Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Prior hands-on experience with Corporate Munim ERP is highly preferred. (Candidates with solid administrative experience in similar Indian ERP solutions will also be considered).
Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes, including compounding, inventory workflows, and supply chain management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
