Job Profile -

Machine shop Containing Turning, Grinding, Heat Treatment,

Milling, super finishing. Processes.

This Position will be lead Maintenance Team, & will report to plant manager.

Knowledge of CNC/VMC Maintenance is essential.

Should have knowledge of Electrical, Electronic systems PLC relates issues & counter measures for mechanical maintenance also.

Experience of using methods of Problem analysis, why- why, fish bone,

Pareto analysis, X and bar chart. Calculation of the MTTR / MTBF is essential.

Know how or hands on experience of general maintenance for

Compressors & Generators.

Should know Legal & documental requirements for MIDC, MSEDCL.

Positive Knowledge of IATF/ ISO/OHSAS 18001 / ISO 14001.

Management of maintenance. store etc.
