Key Responsibilities:
ERP Operations & Implementation
ERP Go-Live CoordinationBusiness Process Monitoring & Improvement
Client/User Interaction & Support
Documentation, MIS & Reporting
Cross-functional Coordination with Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, HR & Operations Teams
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP systems (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Tally, or similar)
ERP implementation and user training experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and reporting knowledge
Experience in Manufacturing, EPC, Solar, or Renewable Energy industry is an added advantage
