Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end production and manufacturing operations.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely deliveries.
Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Manage production planning, manpower, and resource utilization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
