nKey Responsibilities

NFacilities Operations

Manage daily operationsof office facilities, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
N
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG sets, lifts, and other building systems.
N
Monitor building management systems (BMS), access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.
N
Ensure high standards of housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, landscaping, and pest control services.
N
Manage workplace requests through ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution.
N

nVendor & Contract Management

N

n
Manage facility service providers and contractors.
N
Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
N
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits.
N
Verify vendor invoices and support payment processing.
N
Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procurement policies.
N

nHealth, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliancewith applicable Indian statutory requirements, including:

State Shops & Establishments Act

National Building Code (NBC)

Fire and Life Safety regulations

Local Fire Department requirements

Occupational health andsafety requirements

Coordinate fire drills,emergency response exercises, and evacuation planning.

Support EHS audits and corrective action implementation.

Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.

Support office moves, seating arrangements, workplace projects, and employee engagement initiatives.

Coordinate conference room management and workplace amenities.

Ensure a positive employee workplace experience through proactive service delivery.

nFinancial Management

Track operationalexpenses and support annual budget planning.

Monitor utility consumption and identify cost-saving prospects.

Review purchase requests and maintain asset inventories.

Prepare monthly reportson facility operations, expenses, and vendor performance.
