Position: Electrical Supervisor

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities at project sites.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of power transformers, substations, switchgear, cable systems, and associated electrical equipment.
Ensure all electrical works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
Monitor workforce productivity and allocate manpower effectively to meet project schedules.
Review drawings, technical documents, and work procedures before execution.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.




Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the installation process.
Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and company safety policies.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to management.

Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision.
Experience in transformers, substations, switchgear, cable laying, and related electrical systems.
Solid knowledge of electrical drawings, standards, and site execution practices.
Valuable leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
