Role & responsibilities
To review tender documentation.
Capable of preparing quantity take-off, budgets, estimates and others as per the tender requirements (Both Technical and commercial submittals).
To develop effective construction and manpower schedules for mechanical works.
Coordinates preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Mechanical works.
Raise RFQ (Request for Quotations) to suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensuring best value in procurement and material quotes assessment (value engineering)
Tender project cost control / valuation.
Responsible for providing reliable estimates and cost forecasts of tenders.
Must be capable of site condition evaluation.
Preferred candidate profile Experienced in Storage Tank, piping, Structural Steel Fabrication Exp. in Contracting companies.
