Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Technician role based in Chennai.

The Electrical

Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment used in marine and industrial environments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, identifying and troubleshooting electrical faults, and ensuring systems comply with relevant safety and technical standards. The role involves working with electrical diagrams and technical documentation, collaborating with other technicians and engineers, and preparing clear maintenance and repair reports.





The Electrical

Technician is expected to follow safety protocols, maintain tools and equipment in valuable condition, and support continuous improvement in maintenance practices.

Qualifications Solid skills in Electrical Maintenance and handling Electrical Equipment for industrial or marine applications.

Solid understanding of Electricity principles and Electrical Engineering fundamentals relevant to practical field work.

Demonstrated ability in Troubleshooting electrical systems, diagnosing faults, and implementing effective corrective actions.

Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience working with electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

Knowledge of applicable electrical safety standards and best practices.

Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage tasks independently, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Previous experience in marine, industrial, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
