To prepare accurate, competitive, and timely technical and commercial proposals for pharmaceutical isolator and containment system projects. This involves analyzing client requirements, coordinating with internal engineering teams, sourcing costs from suppliers, and constructing a compelling offer that maximizes the company's chance of winning business while maintaining profitability.
Role and Responsibilities -
Prepare technical & commercial proposals for pharmaceutical isolators in compliance with cGMP, ISO 14644, and EU GMP Annex 1.
Analyze URS / RFQs and develop accurate BOM & cost estimates for SS316L fabrication, filters, blowers, glove systems, and automation.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams for technical feasibility and costing inputs.
Support sales team with technical clarifications, compliance matrices, and client presentations.
Maintain cost database and benchmarks to improve estimation accuracy and proposal turnaround.
