Job Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Draughtsman with 2 years of experience in preparing detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings. The candidate should have practical knowledge of MS (Mild Steel), SS (Stainless Steel), tube sections, L-angles, wood, plywood (PB), and MDF materials. The role also involves preparing packing lists, handover documents, and coordinating with production and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D and 3D manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Develop production drawings for MS, SS, tube sections, L-angles, wood, plywood (PB), and MDF-based products.
Interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and design requirements.
Prepare cutting lists, fabrication details, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Generate packing lists, handover lists, and production documentation.
Revise and update drawings based on design changes and production feedback.
Coordinate with production,



procurement, quality, and installation teams.
Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project requirements.
Maintain drawing revisions and document control.

Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SolidWorks is an added advantage).
Valuable knowledge of MS, SS, tube sections, L-angles, wood, plywood (PB), and MDF materials.
Understanding of fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes.
Experience in preparing packing lists, handover documents, and material lists.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification & Experience
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Draughtsman or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, furniture, interior fit-out, or engineering industries.Role & responsibilities
