As part of the Data and Analytics team you will develop and implement machine learning models that drive impactful GenAI projects. As a Associate 2, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify impactful opportunities, leveraging your knowledge to create innovative solutions that enhance operational capabilities and deliver strategic worth.

Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively What You Must Have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

2+ years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Experience developing and deploying machine learning applications

Understanding data privacy and compliance regulations

Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and quantization of LLMs & RAG

Proven experience in chatbot design and development

Practical knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

Skilled in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C++, or C#

Relevant certifications in GenAI tools and technologies preferred

Experience in implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) preferred
