Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to carry out mechanical maintenance activities.
To ensure 100% availability of the machines for production.
Responsible to carry out mechanical maintenance activities for Steel Foundry Division
Planning & Maintaining of preventive maintenance schedule.
Procuring spares & Special tool development in consultation with manufacturing engineering.
Track machine down time of key machines.
Planning and execution of erection and commissioning of equipments & utilities.
Take care emergency breakdown.
Controlling down time Controlling cost.
Ensure that the Machine down time is reduced as per the plan and ensure availability of equipments to production.
