Develop detailed engineering instructions to support manufacturing operations associated with the service repair, modernization and replacement of generator rotor and exciter products.
Research service history of equipment to specify appropriate modernizations.
Create design specifications and initiate revisions to upgrade products.
Participate in the Design Reviews to ensure the achievement of technical requirements of engineering projects.
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers,
and manufacturing personnel through explicit verbal and written instructions, specifications and reports. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds: B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with 3 - 7 years of industrial experience
Hands on Experience on CAD Tool NX is must;
Experience on Creo (ProE) will be added advantage
Valuable knowledge of manufacturing processes, GD&T;, DFA/DFM
Valuable knowledge of Strength of Materials, Mechanical Design Concepts, Machine Designs
Knowledge on SAP OPP transactions, & Teamcenter
Knowledge of Generator product (components and functioning) is desired
Robust written & verbal communication skills
