We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Faculty Recruitment Manager/Assistant Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of International Relations to join our team at Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation University.

Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements
Master's degree in International Relations or a related field.
Proven experience in faculty recruitment, preferably in an international context.
Robust knowledge of global trends and developments in International Relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
