We are looking for motivated Freelance Recruiters to source and screen candidates for domestic and international BPO processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to close positions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and personal networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Assess candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews with the hiring team.
Follow up with candidates until they join.
Maintain a database of candidates and share daily recruitment updates.
Ensure quality hiring and timely closures.

Eligibility
Minimum 1 Year of recruitment experience (BPO recruitment preferred).
Freshers with positive sourcing skills may also apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently.

Laptop/Desktop with reliable internet connection.
Smartphone.
Ability to work from home

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
