Roles and Responsibilities:

Plant Operation & Monitoring
Operate and maintain Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) systems.
Monitor and control treatment processes to ensure compliance with pollution control board norms and quality standards.
Regularly check inlet and outlet water quality through sampling and basic testing (pH, TDS, DO, BOD, COD, etc.).

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily operation logs, chemical consumption records, and equipment performance reports.
Record observations and report abnormalities to the site in-charge or engineer.

Maintenance & Equipment Handling




Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment repair.
Ensure secure handling, storage, and dosing of treatment chemicals as per SOPs.

Sludge & Waste Management
Manage sludge dewatering and disposal according to environmental and safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the entire plant area.

Safety & Compliance
Comply with safety protocols, PPE usage, and company EHS policies.
Support process optimization and ensure operational safety at all times.
