Role Description Faculty members will engage in full time, on-site teaching and academic duties at the Anand campus.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, conducting tutorials and laboratory sessions, assessing student performance, and maintaining accurate academic records. Faculty are expected to develop and update course materials, guide student projects, mentor learners on academic and career matters, and participate in curriculum development initiatives. The role also involves contributing to departmental activities,



engaging in research or scholarly work where applicable, and supporting institute events and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

Strong subject-matter expertise in the relevant engineering, technology, or polytechnic discipline, with the ability to teach core and elective courses effectively.

Proficiency in classroom instruction, student assessment methods, and the use of educational technologies and learning management systems.

Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners and collaborate with colleagues and staff.

Ability to design and supervise practical labs, projects, and industry-oriented assignments that enhance applied learning.

Commitment to academic integrity, student mentorship, and continuous career development, including participation in workshops, seminars, and research activities.

Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (as per regulatory and accreditation requirements); prior teaching or academic experience is preferred.

Familiarity with accreditation standards, quality assurance processes, and outcome-based education will be considered an advantage.
