Role Overview: We are looking for energetic and result-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) for field sales. The candidates will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales in their respective segments.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits
Meet potential customers and explain products/services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal teams
Prepare and present proposals to clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
0–2 years of experience in field sales (preferred)
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel locally
Basic understanding of residential / C&I; segment (preferred)

: Pre-Sales Executive

Role Overview:





We are seeking enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executives to support the sales team by handling initial client interactions, qualifying leads, and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain CRM and follow-up with leads
Provide basic product/service information to clients
Support the sales team in achieving targets

Requirements:
Graduate in any field
1–3 years of experience in pre-sales/tele sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Positive attitude and team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
