Designation: Executive / Senior Executive.

Role Summary The role is responsible for managing the inward and outward movement of gold jewellery stock, ensuring accurate weight verification, proper segregation, and seamless coordination with hallmarking and corporate stock teams. The position requires solid process discipline and accountability in handling high-value inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Receipt & Verification
Receive gold jewellery stock from the Procurement Department.
Verify and tally the weight of received stock against invoices and supporting documents.
Identify and report discrepancies in weight or quantity to the concerned team.

Stock Segregation & Organization
Segregate and organize stock based on date of receipt and product category.
Maintain systematic storage to ensure easy tracking and traceability.
Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all inventory batches.

Hallmarking Coordination
Prepare and dispatch stock to the hallmarking centre in defined batches.
Maintain detailed records of stock sent, including weight, quantity,



and batch details.
Coordinate with the hallmarking centre to ensure timely processing and returns.

Post-Hallmarking Receipt
Receive hallmark-certified stock from the hallmarking centre.
Re-verify and tally weight and quantity against dispatch records.

• Ensure all items meet required standards and documentation is complete.

Dispatch to Corporate Stock
Transfer verified stock to the Corporate Stock Department.
Maintain accurate documentation for all outward stock movements.
Ensure proper handover with acknowledgment from the receiving team.

Record Keeping
Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and/or system-based).
Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation processes.

Qualification & Experience
Any Degree / Diploma (Preferred)
6 months to 1 year of experience in the Jewellery Industry (Sales or Backend Operations)
