Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Freight Recovery and Billing Executive based in Model Town. The role involves monitoring freight invoices, ensuring accurate billing, and following up on pending payments with clients and internal stakeholders. The executive reviews shipment records, reconciles freight charges, and resolves discrepancies in coordination with accounts, operations, and customer service teams.

Daily responsibilities include updating billing systems,



maintaining payment and recovery trackers, preparing reports on outstanding freight, and supporting timely collections. The role also requires maintaining transparent communication with customers, documenting agreements, and adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Solid billing, invoicing, and freight cost reconciliation skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.

Ability to manage payment follow-ups, recovery processes, and coordination with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in basic accounting practices, MS Excel, and ERP or logistics billing software.

Effective communication, negotiation, and customer service skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.

Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple shipments, deadlines, and reports.

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight billing is preferred.

Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or a related field is beneficial.
